Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist in the Solar division, located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include communicating effectively with potential clients, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Hyderabad
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations
• Proficiency in using sales and customer service software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
