Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Inside Sales and GEM Specialist.The responsibilities will include :
Lead Generation : Identifying new and potential customers using various online platforms and cold calling options.
Sales Coordination : responding to day to day customer inquiries and technical queries.
Sales & Documentation : Managing the end-to-end sales process, including quotation submission and documentation.
Business Tracking : Monitoring and updating leads, sales, and business performance.
Activity Execution : Coordinating and supporting field sales executives on daily basis.
GeM Portal Expertise : Managing and executing tendering and procurement processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Tender Management : Handling all aspects of the tendering and procurement process through the GeM portal.
Key Skills Required :
Strong Communication : Essential for interacting with customers and clients.
Relationship Management : Building trust and rapport with customers, principle companies, and field sales team.
Goal-Oriented Mindset : Focused on meeting sales quotas and revenue targets.
CRM Tool Proficiency : Experience with CRM systems to track and manage leads.
GeM Portal Knowledge : Prior experience and Specific knowledge of the GeM platform for procurement.
