The M&A team advises clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments, restructurings, strategic alliances, and regulatory approvals. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, global private equity funds, investment banks, and major Indian conglomerates.

Role Overview :

We are looking to onboard a seasoned M&A Lawyer with 9–11 years PQE, with strong transaction execution experience and leadership capabilities. The role will involve leading deal teams, managing client relationships, handling negotiations, supervising junior lawyers, and providing strategic advisory on complex corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Transaction Execution :

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity, and joint venture deals (public and private)
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents including Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), Business Transfer Agreements (BTA), Term Sheets, etc.
• Conduct legal due diligence and oversee diligence teams and reporting
• Coordinate with tax, regulatory, competition, and sectoral specialists as required for transaction structuring
