Full Stack Developer (3–4 Years Experience)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of professional experience whose comfortable owning features end-to-end — from system design to deployment and has a good understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native
environments.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with frontend systems
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver robust, user-centric features
- Ensure system reliability and scalability through modern deployment practices and microservice architecture
- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving engineering standards
- Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices in full-stack development
- Collaborate in agile sprints and take ownership of project deliverables
What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.jsSolid backend experience with Node.js, Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI), or similar frameworksGood understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment workflowsFamiliarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API designExperience with databases like MySQL PostgreSQL, or MongoDBProficiency in Git, CI / CD pipelines, and general DevOps collaborationStrong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to take ownership, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have
