LanceSoft is looking for a skilled Senior Netezza Developer to join our team in Pune, Chennai, or Mumbai.

Experience : 5+ years hands-on with IBM Netezza (PureData for Analytics)

Skills : Strong SQL, data warehouse design, ETL / ELT, and performance tuning

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain Netezza-based data warehouse solutions
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
Perform data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Conduct performance tuning and query optimization using Netezza tools (NZSQL, NZPLSQL, NZLOAD)
Implement ETL / ELT processes and data integration workflows

Onboarding & Mitigation Strategies :

Prepare pre-onboarding materials, documentation, and recorded walkthroughs

Assign a buddy or mentor to help new members integrate quickly

Provide clear role definitions to avoid confusion for late joiners

Conduct regular check-ins and increase frequency of stand-ups or syncs to ensure alignment
