Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
7+ years of experience in B2B or channel sales within the building materials industry
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
1. Deep understanding of channel sales models
2. Strong network of dealers / distributors and knowledge of local markets
3. Experience working with influencers like architects, builders, and contractors
4. Familiarity with sales forecasting, territory management, and CRM systems
5. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory
