Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales / Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team for the Finance & Accounting (F&A) Business Unit . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels
• Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns for different geographies
• Conduct lead qualification calls to assess the needs and interests of potential clients.
• Ability to generate qualified leads and opportunities while pitching for Finance and Accounting services and solutions
• Achieve the monthly targets of completed meetings, sales qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and campaign performance in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Analyze data and develop strategies to improve lead generation efforts.
• Driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to FAO offerings
• Converting inbound enquiries into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• Supporting early-stage opportunity shaping in collaboration with sales
