Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Retail Salesperson. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in selecting refurbished smartphones and other products, provide product information, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining a clean and organized retail environment, staying informed about product offerings, and building relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to explain technical information to customers clearly
• Excellent skills in Retail Sales and achieving sales goals
• Outstanding Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Proven Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences
• Experience in Sales, with a customer-centric approach and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the technology or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is a bonus
