HR / Payroll Systems Lead Analyst

Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Payroll / HR Systems Specialist | Workday Focus (Bangalore)

We are seeking a highly experienced, technical-functional Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of complex payroll technology solutions. This role requires deep expertise in HR / Payroll data, end-to-end processes, and robust systems analysis to ensure compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll operations for our GERMAN CLIENT

Mandatory Technical & Functional Expertise (10+ Years Required)

• Overall IT Experience : Minimum 10+ years of total IT experience.
• Technical BA Tenure : At least 6+ years specifically as a Technical BA leading end-to-end Payroll / HR system implementations.
• Core System Expertise : Hands-on experience with major Payroll / HR systems, specifically Workday .
• Integration Proficiency : Strong practical knowledge of Payroll Integrations , APIs , and data exchange formats ( XML, CSV, REST ).
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL for complex data validation, querying, and analysis related to payroll.
• Data Models : Expert-level knowledge of HR / Payroll data models and structures.
• Process Mastery : In-depth understanding of end-to-end payroll operations , including time capture, earnings / deductions / benefits, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Statutory Compliance : Expert knowledge of Indian statutory compliance related to payroll (e.G., PF, ESI, PT, TDS ).
