About the Role :

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Solid Waste Design Engineer to join our growing Environment Practice. You will oversee environmental projects in the solid waste management sector, contributing to the design, planning, and operation of various waste management facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage projects involving the engineering design and operation of solid waste facilities such as landfills, organics processing, material recovery facilities, transfer stations, and public drop-off centers.
• Deliver detailed design, cost estimates, tender and specification support, and construction supervision / contract administration.
• Lead or support waste planning initiatives including :

Design and operations plans

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Landfill engineering design / construction management

Ability to implement practical, cost-effective solutions
