Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Account Manager to support our account management team in maintaining and expanding client relationships. You will play a key role in executing campaigns, coordinating between internal teams and clients, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Support the Account Manager in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners (retailers, marketplaces, influencers, or brand collaborators).
- Assist in understanding client needs and objectives and translating them into actionable plans.
- Project & Campaign Execution :
- Coordinate the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with design, digital, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, product samples, and performance reports.
- Reporting & Analysis :
- Assist in preparing regular reports on account performance, campaign success, and key metrics.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Internal Coordination :
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, supply chain, e-commerce, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and resolve order-related issues quickly.
- Sales Support :
- Support the sales team in client pitches, presentations, and onboarding new partners.
- Maintain updated records of account activities, agreements, and deliverables.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or brand partnerships (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.A team player with a customer-centric mindset.Passion for fashion, jewelry, or consumer lifestyle brands is a plus.Skills Required
