Senior Support Agent (C2 Written English)

Job descriptionCommunicate with customers through our in-app chat tool and support email (no telephone calls); Attend mandatory team meetings, trainings, and 1on1s with your supervisor; Study communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as they get updated; Complete written assignments and biweekly tests; Reflect on feedback received and generate feedback in return; Participate constructively in discussions about the product and associated protocol. 100% remote work; Friendly and horizontal environment; Competitive salary; A monthly bonus to cover medical expenses, physical well-being activities, or work-related education; 17 paid vacation days per year; 12 paid sick leave days per year. 40 hours per week; 6 to 8 hours per day; Between 9 : 30 AM and 7 : 30 PM (09 : 30-19 : 30) in your time zone; Days off on Fridays.
