Job Requirements :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Varicent ICM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using Varicent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compensation plans, optimize performance, and ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop Varicent ICM solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and maintain Varicent components including data models, workflows, and calculation logic.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data integration, validation, and transformation using ETL tools and SQL.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Varicent configurations and data processing.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
