Job descriptionAccountable to collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients' requirements Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively Possess strong knowledge of each step of an ad campaign's process to give creative direction and work on schedule Accountable to meet client's advertising expectations Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc Social media experience, Digital Films, Print and Outdoor, TVC's and Web / Mobile App Design experience Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team Ensure minimal attrition Conduct regular meetings and ensure seamless execution Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basis Create strong back-ups within the department Proven knowledge of creative strategy, solutions, conceptualization, communication, client orientation Problem-solving ability and work under stringent deadlines Dynamic personality and ability to control and lead Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities Should possess multi-tasking abilities Should have an eye for detail and assertive Experience should be 6+ years Excellent communication skills
JOB PURPOSE
To provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. S / he should be able to implement creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the client. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
Creativity
- Responsible to conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
- Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas
- Understand design and smart copy, and recognize fresh approaches to advertising
- Revise content and presentations, approve / reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
