We’re seeking a senior Graphic Design lead to lead the transformation of our packaging strategy—from feature-focused communication to purpose-driven storytelling. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategic foresight with creative execution across a portfolio of 17,000+ SKUs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Define and drive a future-ready packaging design vision aligned with brand purpose and consumer trends.
- Creative Direction : Partner with 25+ Business Units to translate business goals into compelling shelf narratives;
oversee 600+ artworks monthly.
Team & Partner Management : Lead internal design teams and external agencies to deliver scalable, high-performing design systems.Design Validation : Establish a data-driven, consumer-centric design validation process using neuro-insights and advanced research tools.Innovation & Trend Forecasting : Anticipate global cultural and consumer shifts to inspire breakthrough packaging solutions.AI Integration : Leverage generative AI to optimize workflows, enhance speed, and unlock creative capacity.Cultural Insight : Apply design semiotics and anthropological methods to create emotionally resonant packaging experiences.Ideal Candidate Profile :
