About the Role
We are looking for a HRBP intern who can start immediately.
Must Have-
- Completed either a BBA or MBA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in using MS - Excel and MS - Word
Please Note -
The internship will be for a duration of 6 months. This internship position will be converted to a full time role before or after completion of 6 months of internship depending on performance.The selected candidate will need to work from office in Hyderabad. This is not a remote role.Key Responsibilities
Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution, helping HRBPs addressworkplace matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition andpositive experience for new hires.
Contribute to performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedbackcoordination, and documentation.
Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to track key metrics such as headcount,turnover, and performance trends.
Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams to understand organizational needs andrecommend people-related solutions.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.Contribute to organizational initiatives such as talent reviews, learning programs, anddiversity & inclusion projects.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, andcompliance.
Support recruitment and hiring processes, including coordination, screening, andensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Requirements
Graduate, OR, a Post graduate degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.Analytical thinking and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with HRanalytics is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus.
