Job Summary :

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR) at Tuebora, you will play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying smb, mid-market, and enterprise leads through high-volume cold calling (50+ calls per day) and targeted email campaigns. Your mission is to secure discovery meetings for Enterprise Sales Representatives, paving the way for product demos and proofs of concept (POCs) that drive revenue growth in the IGA market.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute 50+ outbound cold calls daily to engage decision-makers at enterprise organizations.

Develop and launch personalized email campaigns to generate and nurture leads.

Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities.

Schedule discovery meetings for Enterprise Sales Representatives, ensuring smooth transitions.

Partner with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize messaging for IGA solutions.

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM.

Stay knowledgeable about Tuebora’s platform and industry trends to articulate its value to prospects.

Qualifications :

1-3 years of experience as an SDR / BDR, ideally in B2 B Saa S or technology sales.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets for cold calls, email outreach, and meeting bookings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging C-level executives.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot) and sales tools (e.g., Zoom Info).

Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, particularly for demos or POCs, is preferred.

Resilient, self-driven, and able to excel in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Familiarity with identity governance, access management, or cybersecurity is a plus.
