📌 The ideal candidate comes with 12–15+ years of architectural experience , preferably with deep exposure to developer-side residential projects and large-scale urban developments.

📌 Applicants must have worked on the developer / builder’s side (consultancy experience is valuable but emphasis is on experience dealing directly with developers) for atleast the last 5 years.

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural design and delivery across multiple residential and commercial projects. The role requires a strategic thinker who can marry design excellence with commercial objectives, manage regulatory interactions, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
