We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural design and delivery across multiple residential and commercial projects. The role requires a strategic thinker who can marry design excellence with commercial objectives, manage regulatory interactions, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership
Define and implement architectural design standards and processes across projects.Research and integrate international design trends and scalable innovations.Identify and collaborate with reputed external consultants while building internal review capability.Design Development & Delivery
Lead end-to-end design — concept, schematic design, detailed design, and construction documentation.Ensure designs meet statutory norms, FAR / FSI requirements and local bylaws (Bengaluru and other key cities).Provide creative direction to enhance user experience and product differentiation.Project & Financial Oversight
Prepare and manage architectural budgets; evaluate cost implications of design choices.Ensure design feasibility, value-engineering, and timely approvals from statutory authorities.Coordination & Quality
Coordinate closely with project, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design intent during execution.Monitor timelines, quality standards, and vendor / construction deliverables.Certify bills and manage design-related contracts where required.People & Capability Building
Mentor and grow a high-performance design team; maintain a repository of design concepts, standards and presentations.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.15–20+ years’ experience with strong exposure to developer-side residential and mixed-use projects.Proven experience in FAR calculations, local bylaws, statutory approvals across Tier-1 cities (Bengaluru knowledge preferred).Strong software proficiency : AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent).Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.Comfortable with commercial negotiations, vendor management and budget ownership.Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver on high-value projects.Why Join?
