Role : Manufacturing Supervisor

Reporting To : Manufacturing Head Designation : Manager

Job Description : The position is responsible for Planning & organization skills to be able to run & monitor the production process by determining quality control standards. Ensure optimal & safe operation. Ensure efficient operations, troubleshoot to identify & resolve all issues efficiently. Monitor product standards & implement quality control programs. Responsible for managing a team, defining goals, communicating objectives & monitor team performance. Ensure all activities and ensure all repair and operations according to required procedures.

Qualification : 1. B. E. (Chemical) / M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry)

Skills : 1. Problem Solving Skills

3. Leadership & Interpersonal

Skills . 10+ years of working in Pharmaceutical / Chemical industry.
