Responsibilities :
Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2,000 international assignments, including rotational, short term, and long terms assignments. Serve as champion for mobility payroll instructions for all types of relocation and deployments.
- Allowance Package Set-up in Equus platform
- Updated retro payments and prepare prorated allowance calculations, as well as one-time payment processing
- Creates and delivers payroll instructions for local payrolls prior to local deadline based on international assignment balance sheets and MOU
- Review Pre-Payroll CWS / Differences (1st pass), as well as notes for changes
- Complete post-payroll / pay results reconciliation review
- Answer employee / team questions, as well as troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and document procedures with team members.
- Review various reports to update the data in the assignees file.
- Support back-up compilation for DCAA audit requests
- Compensation collection from local entities to upload and review.
- Shadow reporting with tax vendor
Education / Experience :
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related fieldExperience supporting payroll with Global Mobility experience preferredExperience with Equus / Assignment Pro preferredAbility to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvementDisplay positive attitude and demonstrate high commitment level.Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive.
