Role Overview :
We are seeking a visionary
Creative Director
to lead the ideation and execution of
high-impact campaigns
across events, advertising, and digital content for
movie marketing
and
OTT platform shows . This role requires a bold thinker with strong roots in storytelling, experiential marketing, and short-form content creation.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pop culture, youth trends, and entertainment, with a proven track record of delivering
"never-seen-before" ideas
through on-ground activations, digital films, branded content, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative Strategy & Ideation
Lead ideation for
360° campaigns
across theatrical releases, OTT launches, and brand collaborations.
Conceptualize
unique, conversation-starting event ideas , from immersive fan experiences to PR-worthy stunts.
Develop
short-format video content
concepts (for reels, teasers, influencer content, etc.) that break clutter.
Campaign Development
Interpret client briefs (from studios, OTT platforms, or brands) and translate them into
bold, strategic creative concepts .
Lead scripting, visual direction, and creative packaging of content across platforms.
Own the storytelling arc for trailers, teasers, digital assets, and branded IPs.
Events & On-Ground Activation
Create disruptive, experiential events that align with campaign narratives — premieres, meetups, fan zones, influencer hangouts, etc.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure
high-fidelity execution
of creative vision.
Integrate new technologies (AR / VR, projections, interactive sets) where relevant.
Creative Oversight & Team Leadership
Lead internal design, copy, and film teams; manage external creative vendors and agencies.
Review and approve creative deliverables for design, video, and content before client presentations.
Mentor a team of junior creatives and freelancers to foster innovation and ownership.
Key Requirements :
8+ years of experience in creative direction across
events, advertising, films, or entertainment IPs .
Strong portfolio in
film / OTT campaigns, immersive events , and
short video formats .
Deep familiarity with Mumbai’s entertainment and influencer ecosystems.
Outstanding storytelling, design sensibility, and pitch skills.
Comfortable working in
fast-paced, unstructured environments
with high creative demands.
Bonus Points If You Have :
Worked on
theatrical / OTT show marketing
campaigns in India.
Built original branded content IPs or viral campaigns.
Experience with interactive formats like AR / VR installations or on-ground gamification.
Agency-side and client-side hybrid experience.
