Role Description

This full-time, on-site Creative Director - Copywriting role is located in New Delhi. The Creative Director will lead the ideation, creation, and execution of copywriting and branding strategies for various projects. Their responsibilities include directing creative teams, crafting compelling messaging, developing creative strategies, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Collaboration with designers, strategists, and clients is key to driving innovative solutions that align with the client’s brand voice and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to guide projects from concept to execution while maintaining alignment with strategic goals
• Strong expertise in Branding to develop and maintain impactful brand identities
• Solid experience in Campaign strategy and conceptualisation, and to collaborate effectively with visual teams
• Exceptional leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary creative team and oversee project workflows
• Strong time-management and communication skills to ensure deadlines are met and creative deliverables meet high-quality standards
• 7-8 years of experience in a leadership role within the advertising, branding, or creative industry
• A degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
