Role Responsibilities :
- Gathering project and service enquiries
- Monitor and manage project baseline to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence
- Identify risks proactively, develop risk mitigation plans, and manage project risks
- Address potential deliverable issues, mitigate timeline and budget shortfalls
- Plan activities and resources, organize project teams, and manage utilization
- Lead project discussions, support, and execution with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt interaction
- Manage project reports, documentation for plans, execution, resourcing, and manpower utilization
- Ensure timely payments from customers
- Train and manage Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) on project activities
- Host project meetings to review work and timelines
- Provide support to team members as per organizational needs
- Coordinate with vendors and liaise with IT and other departments to ensure project engagement
