Project Incharge

Role Responsibilities :

• Gathering project and service enquiries
• Monitor and manage project baseline to ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence
• Identify risks proactively, develop risk mitigation plans, and manage project risks
• Address potential deliverable issues, mitigate timeline and budget shortfalls
• Plan activities and resources, organize project teams, and manage utilization
• Lead project discussions, support, and execution with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt interaction
• Manage project reports, documentation for plans, execution, resourcing, and manpower utilization
• Ensure timely payments from customers
• Train and manage Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) on project activities
• Host project meetings to review work and timelines
• Provide support to team members as per organizational needs
• Coordinate with vendors and liaise with IT and other departments to ensure project engagement
