Job Overview

We are looking for a DealCloud CRM Customization & Reporting Analyst who will serve as the go-to expert for managing, customizing, and enhancing our DealCloud platform. This role is essential for ensuring that DealCloud supports our core business processes in private markets and commercial real estate, including pipeline tracking, asset management, entity management, and lease tracking. Unlike working with one-time consultants, this is an ongoing role where you will continuously adapt the system as our business evolves—managing updates, implementing new features, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

System Customization & Configuration

  • Customize DealCloud workflows, dashboards, data models, and templates based on evolving business needs.
  • Build and maintain custom fields, forms, and layouts for tracking assets, pipelines, entities, leases, and more.

Database Management

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all DealCloud records.
  • Manage and optimize relationships between entities, leases, assets, and companies within the CRM.

    • Reporting & Analytics

  • Create custom reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights for deal pipeline, asset performance, and leasing activity.
  • Deliver regular analytics and ad hoc reporting for leadership and operations teams.

    • Process Improvement & System Evolution

  • Act as an internal DealCloud architect, ensuring we leverage platform updates and rollouts effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline business processes through CRM automation.

    • User Support & Training

  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to increase adoption and ensure best practices.
  • Document system processes and changes for organizational knowledge.

    • Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with DealCloud CRM (2+ years preferred) or similar platforms with complex customization.
  • Strong background in CRM architecture, data modelling, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboard design, and data analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and ability to handle large data sets.
  • Strong understanding of private markets or commercial real estate operations (pipeline, leasing, asset management).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience migrating from Salesforce or customizing Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for advanced analytics.
  • Ability to manage system upgrades and feature rollouts without external consultants.
