Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy : Define and execute the software partnerships roadmap
aligned with business growth targets.
Ecosystem Development : Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with keySaaS, PropTech, HRTech, and smart building software players.
Revenue Ownership : Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR targetsIntegration & GTM : Work closely with Product & Engineering to deliver seamlessintegrations, and with Marketing & Sales for joint GTM campaigns.
Pipeline Generation : Drive co-selling motions to deliver scalable pipeline andqualified opportunities for the direct sales team.
Thought Leadership : Represent Spintly in partner forums, industry events, andalliance communities to strengthen brand presence.
What Were Looking For
8–10 years' experience in Partnerships / Alliances / Business Development inSaaS or enterprise software.
Strong network across SaaS ecosystems (HRTech, PropTech, Facility Mgmt, orSecurity Tech preferred).
Proven track record of building partner programs that deliver measurable ARR.Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.Ability to influence C-level stakeholders, negotiate win–win agreements, and driveco-selling success.
