Manager, Product Development Healthcare Domain

Location : Bengaluru

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Product Development to lead our product development team for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and a passion for driving innovation in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and inspire the development team to achieve project goals.
Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, coding, and best practices.
Ensure quality, security, and performance through code reviews and testing.
Drive implementation and optimization of CI / CD pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay ahead with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, Angular / React, SQL

Hands-on experience with AWS (Cloud Services, IAC, Terraform, ECS / EKS)

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Jenkins, containerization, DevOps practices

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices

Basic exposure to AI / ML concepts

Leadership & Soft Skills :

Proven ability to mentor and grow teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Conflict resolution and decision-making abilities

Ability to align long-term goals with organizational vision

Adaptability in dynamic project environments

Education :

B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent).
