Job description3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale. Proven track record running SMB-focused campaigns in Fintech or SaaS. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Conversion API, Pixel tracking, and attribution models. Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and BI tools. Familiarity with creative testing, funnel analysis, and remarketing strategies. Excellent collaboration skills with growth, content, and design teams. Experience in multi-channel growth marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Knowledge of marketing automation, CRO, and lifecycle funnels. About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Manager – Meta with proven experience in SaaS or Fintech, driving growth through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns, with a strong focus on SMB customer acquisition. This role is highly analytical, fast-paced, and results-driven - perfect for someone who thrives on scaling campaigns with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (including Conversion, Retargeting, and Lookalike audiences).
- Develop a weekly testing roadmap (audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, funnels).
- Monitor and optimize daily budget pacing and maintain CPA targets.
- Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking for CPM, CTR, creatives, and targeting approaches.
- Collaborate with Content & Design teams to create compelling ad creatives aligned with SMB messaging.
- Ensure landing pages and funnels are aligned with campaign intent (with Funnel / UX teams).
