The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of product perspectives, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in our product development process, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.Key Responsibilities : - Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of our products.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure that the testing covers all critical aspects.- Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide clear and concise feedback to the development team.- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and defects using test management tools.- Focus on process-oriented testing while maintaining agility and speed in test execution.- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.- He / She Should able to debug and understand failure on automation code. Failure debugging skill set will be needed.Requirements : - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 2-5 years of experience in manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think from both a user and product perspective.- Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.- Hands-on experience with various testing tools and techniques.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in testing web and mobile applications.- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.
