We're Hiring : Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails, 5+ yrs exp) -

Role : Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of a quality-obsessed team owning the entire release cycle - from development to deployment. You'll craft clean, test-driven code, practice pair programming, and embrace full-stack ownership across cloud, frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do :

  • Write tests first and deliver clean, predictable code
  • Release frequently in small, reliable increments
  • Work in pairs through pair programming sessions
  • Review peer code for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate in product teams to rapidly build features and fixes
  • Own everything from frontend to backend to infrastructure & CI / CD
  • Commit to lifelong learning and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For :

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, TDD, React / React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Solid grasp of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices
  • Experience designing and scaling web architectures
  • Familiarity with Agile, eXtreme Programming, and continuous deployment environments
  • Knowledge of web server ecosystems, CI / CD tools, and relational databases
  • Experience with source control, bug tracking, and writing technical documentation
