Job Title : Ruby on Rails Developer

Experience : 3-6 years

Location : Bangalore / Noida

Notice Period : 30 days

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, collaborating closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Primary Skills & Requirements :

  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails framework.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js is a plus).
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM concepts.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
