Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer calls & emails, and manage the front desk professionally.
- Track and manage office supplies, place orders, and liaise with vendors — including tech / IT vendors.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems; assist in data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with teams to set up meeting rooms, demo setups, and make sure tech (projector, cables) is ready.
- Support onboarding for new interns / employees — desk setup, welcome kits, employee records.
- Help schedule meetings, calls, and internal events; maintain calendars.
- Keep the office space clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to operations, HR, and technical teams.
