Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service representative focusing on sea and air import and export operations, located in Mumbai. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling phone inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service and experience. The role requires attention to detail, maintaining high levels of professionalism, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Experience
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in logistics or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
