Job description

Role Description

  • Providing seamless and excellent customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Satisfy the customers demand by giving excellent service
  • Understand customer&aposs business needs to provide a solution and maintain consistent quality.
  • Opening a job's in the logi-sys and prepared the docket upon receipt of shipping documents from exporter or from internal team.
  • Ensure to prepare the Draft AWB accurately and share the same to customer for approval. Communicate with Shipper for fast approval of the AWB.
  • Submitting ASI data with Airline for releasing carting & gate pass on timely manner.
  • Ensure to talk with operation boys, transporters & shipper for smooth clearance.
  • Once shipment cleared, ensure to send pre-alert documents to all involved parties ie shipper & agent along with tentative flight details.
  • Keep on tracking the shipment till shipment arrived at destination.
  • Ensure to send clear & correct shipment related documents along with handover set of the Airline for destination clearance based on Shipper instructions.
  • Before leaving each day a complete check of the workflow is complete and any exceptions are dealt with before the day end.
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company's procedures.

Qualifications

  • Graduate.
  • Understanding of international freight documentation process is a plus.
  • Additional Import-Export related certification is desirable.
  • Experience required

  • Minimum of 3 -4 years' experience is mandatory
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
