We Are Seeking A Skilled Oracle Hrms Technical Consultant With Strong Expertise In Oracle E-Business Suite (Ebs) Hrms And Integration Development.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Building, Supporting, And Enhancing Integrations Between Oracle Hrms And Third-Party Systems, Including Cloud-Based Hr Platforms Like Workday Or Success factor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, And Maintain Custom Pl / Sql Programs, Interfaces, Conversions, And Reports (Rice Components) In Oracle HRMS.
• Develop And Support Integrations Between Oracle HRMS And External Systems (E.g., Workday, Payroll Platforms, Time & Attendance Systems).
• Utilize Apis, Interface Tables, And Concurrent Programs For Data Extraction And Loading.
• Work On Outbound (Ebs To Third-Party) And Inbound (Third-Party To Ebs) Data Flows.
• Develop Xml / Bi Publisher Reports And Enhance Existing Reports As Required.
• Collaborate With Functional Teams And Business Stakeholders To Gather Technical Requirements And Provide Effective Solutions.
• Perform Code Reviews, Unit Testing, And Support Uat And Production Deployments.
• Monitor And Troubleshoot Integration-Related Issues And Provide Timely Resolutions.
• Prepare And Maintain Technical Documentation For Interfaces, Reports, And Custom Components.
• Support Ongoing Enhancements, Upgrades, And Maintenance Of Oracle Hrms Applications.
