Role & Responsibilities
Campaign Oversight & Execution :
- Digital Campaign Management
- Execute the annual digital marketing calendar in collaboration with brand team, creative team & external agencies
- Establish pre-campaign benchmarks for digital marketing campaigns, videos / animations, social media, etc.
- Design campaign briefs for the agencies
- Inform on micro-targeting and personalization of campaigns
- Co-create (with agency) A / B test plan & targets based on benchmarks
- Drive a KPI-driven approach in all digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with agency for creatives & media buying
- Monitor the overall output of external agencies (Content Marketing, Social Media, ORM, etc.)
Agency Collaboration :
Work closely with external agencies to provide feedback on campaign strategies, assets, and performanceEnsure campaigns are executed as per agreed timelines, quality standards, and objectivesApproval Management :
Oversee the approval process for all digital assets (content, creatives, etc.)Ensure that all necessary sign-offs are obtained on time from all department headsCommunicate feedback promptly to agenciesQuick Turnaround & Timely Deliverables :
Maintain an efficient workflow by ensuring all assets and campaign materials are reviewed and approved quicklyEnsure campaigns launch without delaysBrand & E-commerce Shoots :
Coordinate brand and e-commerce shootsEnsure content aligns with marketing strategies and is ready for campaign usePerformance Monitoring & Reporting :
Track and measure the performance of campaigns once liveWork with agencies to gather insights and dataShare regular updates with internal teams and stakeholdersSkills Required
