Role Overview :

Were looking for a data-driven, creative, and performance-oriented Senior Manager Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth charter across paid, organic, and retention channels.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in full-funnel performance marketing, growth experimentation, and brand-led storytelling, with a proven track record of scaling D2C or subscription-based businesses.

Key Marketing & Growth :

• Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, and OTT platforms.
• Manage large-scale budgets with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period optimization.
• Build and run performance campaigns across new cities, categories, and product lines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and test hypotheses for scaling.
