Job description8-11 years of copywriting experience, including 2 -3 years in a creative leadership role A well-rounded portfolio spanning brand campaigns, digital storytelling, social-first ideas, and innovation-led work Proven ability to lead copy teams, while collaborating across disciplines and with clients Deep understanding of brand voice, consumer behavior, platform nuances, and emerging content formats Experience integrating GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc., into creative processes Strong presentation, persuasion, and mentorship skills—you know how to guide, not just edit
