Ads Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven
Ads Performance Marketing Specialist
to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven ad campaigns across platforms such as
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok , and other relevant ad networks.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Conduct
A / B testing
on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Manage and track campaign budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient ad spend.
Use tools such as
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms
to generate performance reports and actionable insights.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven decisions.
Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices.
Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth.
Support lead generation, ecommerce sales, or app installs (depending on business objectives).
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in
performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising .
Proven success in managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in platforms such as :
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (or Data Studio)
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with ecommerce or SaaS marketing.
Understanding of SEO and how paid and organic efforts can complement each other.
Familiarity with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel segmentation.
Basic knowledge of HTML or tracking code implementation is a plus.
