Role & Responsibilities
Product Data Management
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of product data before entering it into systems (e.g., Group Referential for Articles).
- Analyze the impact of data changes on other business functions (e.g., sales forecasting, deployment, marketing).
- Coordinate actions across teams when data changes affect other departments or workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data processing procedures from all data providers (e.g., Marketing, Technical teams).
- Enter and update critical product data such as item codes, homologations, and assimilation records.
- Conduct data cleanup to remove obsolete, incorrect, unused, or duplicate records.
- Optimize product data to limit the number of references affecting Supply Chain efficiency (inventory impact).
- Provide accurate storage instructions to warehouse teams based on item codes.
- Identify and resolve system rejections (e.g., BESHEB, AL) by correcting data in relevant systems.
Product Data Quality
Perform data quality control based on company standards, procedures, and rules.Recommend improvements in quality control checks to enhance the detection of data inconsistencies.Problem Solving
Analyze operational issues and incidents related to product data.Manage resolution workflows and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Work Methods & Continuous Improvement
Apply best practices to manage the entire product data lifecycle from creation to deactivation.Actively contribute to continuous improvement in processes, tools, and procedures (Progress Plan).Technical Skills
SQL – Basic (queries, lookups, data validation)MS Excel – Advanced (pivot tables, lookups, macros, data analysis)MS Access – Beginner to Advanced (good to have)Power BI – Good to have for reporting and visualizationSkills Required
