Product Data Management

• Verify the accuracy and consistency of product data before entering it into systems (e.g., Group Referential for Articles).
• Analyze the impact of data changes on other business functions (e.g., sales forecasting, deployment, marketing).
• Coordinate actions across teams when data changes affect other departments or workflows.
• Ensure compliance with data processing procedures from all data providers (e.g., Marketing, Technical teams).
• Enter and update critical product data such as item codes, homologations, and assimilation records.
• Conduct data cleanup to remove obsolete, incorrect, unused, or duplicate records.
• Optimize product data to limit the number of references affecting Supply Chain efficiency (inventory impact).
• Provide accurate storage instructions to warehouse teams based on item codes.
• Identify and resolve system rejections (e.g., BESHEB, AL) by correcting data in relevant systems.
