▷ Immediate Start : Record to Report

We are seeking an Associate Manager - Record to Report (R2R) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and record to report processes preferably in a company listed on NSE / BSE. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's financial integrity and efficiency by managing end-to-end record-to-report activities.

Responsibilities :

1. General Ledger Management :

Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

2.Financial Reporting :

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Experience and advance understanding of working on ERP, preferably working in SAP environment.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Good understanding of Consolidation of Financials with multiple subsidiaries both domestic and international.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IND AS, GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
