SAP Functional with Order to Cash expertise

Will work with the onshore lead (in the US). This will be the offshore resource - POC for Asia Pacific and Europe.

10-12+ years of experience. Someone who can own the project.

Expertise in Order to Cash. (Well versed in customizations and has the ability to review custom code and resolve problems.

S / 4 Hana Experience

Enhancement design work and testing

Emphasis on reusability.

Severity level 1-3 (4 and 5 remains with the current provider)

Root cause analysis is imperative

Will also do enhancement design work, work with the business to develop the requirement for customizations.

Experience required with IDOC .

Its sales / Customer facing. They get several hundred / thousands idocs a day for Sales orders. Well versed with Order Acknowledgments / Packing slips / Idoc process, can problem solve and troubleshoot.

Understand the Idoc process / idoc going to customers and inbound Idocs processing.

Understand how EDI works (Sales Distribution and Pricing).

Understand and should have the ability to read ABAP code.
