About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance QA Engineer to join our team and ensure our applications deliver optimal performance, scalability, and reliability under various load conditions. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for web applications, APIs, and microservices
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or K6
• Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with development teams to establish performance benchmarks and SLAs
• Monitor application performance in production and conduct root cause analysis for performance issues
• Create and maintain performance test automation frameworks and CI / CD integration
• Generate detailed performance test reports with insights and recommendations
• Conduct capacity planning and provide scalability assessments
• Work with DevOps teams to optimize infrastructure and resource utilization
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging performance testing tools
