▷ (Only 24h Left) Technical Services Manager

Key Responsibilities Area :

1. Coordinate accountteam to drive business growth by strengthening the service levelto customer.

2. Develop technical solution / innovation for regionalkey account and distributors to address customer needs and support joint business growth

3. Create strong and differentiated value to key account and distributors to safeguard our existing business and solve complex technical issues

4. Engage customers, establish close and trust relationship as well as build accessto customer’s operation team

5. Own the development and execution for the product upgrade, new solution identification and development and communication with customer technical team.

6. Close connect with different functions of Bestzyme , play an important role on competitor mapping, new product launch,ideation workshop etc. from the technical perspective

7. Join in some key projects initiated by RD and commercial team and play key role with technical perspective

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in bio-engineering, Chemical engineering or relevant majors, be able to provide customerwith technical supportsin term of enzyme know- how, applications trouble shooting and engineering knowledge

2. Min 5 years workingexperience in Enzymebusiness ,Grain processing， Technical service, or BD experience are preferable

3. Min 5-10 years of industry experience like production / process in manufacturing environment, Distilling or starch are preferable

4. Proven experience on enzyme Technicalservice / AR / MKT / BD, rich experience on grain process relevant application area, both ethanol and starch.

5. Proven communication skills, fluent in English, can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, across a multi-cultural organization.

6. Strong business mindset

7. Experienced or comfortable with working in matrix organization

8. Able to travelfor long time (at least1 / 3 working time)

9. Proficient with Officetools(power point, excel)
