Key Responsibilities :

1. SharePoint Administration & Governance

  • Manage SharePoint Online sites , site collections, libraries, and content lifecycle.
  • Handle user permissions, access requests, group management , and secure sharing policies.
  • Implement and enforce governance, security, and data retention policies .
  • Monitor storage usage, compliance, and version control.

2. Multi-Tenant & External Collaboration

  • Configure and support Microsoft Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) environments.
  • Manage cross-tenant access , federation settings, external user onboarding, and guest access.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, login issues, and permission conflicts for external partners.
  • 3. Entra ID / Azure AD Administration

  • Support identity and access management using Microsoft Entra / Azure AD .
  • Create and manage security groups, conditional access policies, and authentication controls.
  • Support SSO, MFA, and directory sync configurations.
  • 4. Incident & Problem Management

  • Act as Level 2 / 3 support for SharePoint and collaboration-related incidents.
  • Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent resolutions.
  • 5. Licensing & Reporting

  • Track and manage Microsoft 365 license allocation and usage .
  • Generate usage reports, audit logs, and compliance dashboards.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Microsoft Certifications (preferred) :
  • MS-700, SC-300, MS-900, or AZ-104

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder handling
  • Ability to work independently and handle critical incidents under SLA
