Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Noida. The Operations Manager will oversee daily at salon and at home salon operations, manage staff scheduling, coordinate with partners, monitor performance metrics, and ensure seamless service delivery. The role also includes managing customer feedback, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. The Operations Manager will work closely with all the salon branches and the management to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in staff management, scheduling, and coordination in the Beauty and Wellness background.
Skills in performance monitoring and process improvement
Strong understanding of customer service and feedback management
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for operations management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
