Talent Acquisition Role - Industrial Automation - Contractual(6 to 9 months)
This role is contributing to the India Talent Acquisition team for an Industrial Automation client based out in Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles.
- Conducting initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive activities and engagement with potential candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and work closely with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop bespoke sourcing strategies.
- Utilising various sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Close monitoring of various conversion rates, (passive candidates - active candidate - inter-views - offers - starters) with the view to promptly identify areas of improvement along with promoting our employer brand online and offline.
Qualifications for the role :
Proven experience as a Talent Partner in Engineering industry / Manufacturing Industry / Robotics (must have), preferably in an inhouse and agency setting.Bachelor's or master's degree in Business or HR related fields.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.Ability to easily adapt to the digital and customer experience driven talent acquisition world Effective time-management abilities.Excellent English language proficiency.(ref : iimjobs.com)
