ROLE OVERVIEW / PURPOSE
This role is responsible for shaping and driving the people development and cultural agenda at the site under the guidance and support of Talent Management Lead (Corp. Ops & Quality) and Plant HR Head. The position focuses on building organisational capability through Talent Management, Learning & Development and OD interventions, while fostering an environment of trust, inclusion and high engagement.
