Role Purpose
The CFO will serve as the financial architect and strategic partner to the India leadership team. This role demands a seasoned finance leader who can balance board-level strategy with operational execution, ensuring robust governance while enabling ambitious growth in a fast-evolving fashion and retail landscape.

Manage working capital cycles, ensuring healthy liquidity and cash flow discipline.
Optimize banking relationships, debt structures, and funding mechanisms to fuel expansion.
Oversee foreign exchange management and ensure efficient capital deployment across new ventures.
Lead capital investment evaluations, including store economics, distribution expansion, and e-commerce infrastructure.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.
Instill a culture of accountability, transparency, and agility.
Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and global leadership team, providing independent judgment and strategic counsel.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
18+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO / Head of Finance) within Fashion, Retail, FMCG, Luxury, or Lifestyle industries.
Proven ability to scale businesses, manage multi-channel distribution, and handle complex financial structures.
Strong understanding of Indian regulatory landscape as well as cross-border compliance in multinational organizations.
Demonstrated success in managing investor, board, and external stakeholder relationships.
