We are seeking a Financial Controller who can bring structure, compliance, and financial discipline across our global operations.

Print on Demand Services - Specializing in tech accessories, water bottles, wooden printed items, and several other custom products for both retail and corporate clients.
Printing Equipment and Consumables Supply - Catering to companies running their self-production centers, providing them with high-quality printing equipment and the necessary consumables.
Legal Structure : The company currently operates with a complex legal structure, comprising multiple companies in different regions under a group holding company.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Manage RBI-related compliances including FIRC, IRM, Export Realization, Advance License, and FEMA-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax regulations across Indian and overseas entities.
- Maintain clean, audit-ready books across all group companies.
Process & Controls
Develop and implement SOPs for accounts and finance functions.Strengthen internal controls across invoicing, vendor payments, receivables, and inter-company transactions.Standardize financial reporting and documentation across group companies.Drive automation and systemization of accounting processes (ERP, Tally, Odoo, or similar).Team Leadership & Development
Build, train, and manage a finance & accounts team to support business growth.Assign accountabilities, review performance, and mentor staff for upskilling.Create a culture of ownership, accuracy, and compliance in the finance function.Cross-Border & Group Finance
Handle related-party transactions and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.Consolidate accounts across India, USA, Australia, Italy, and South Korea operations.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and consultants in multiple regions.Support management in cross-border banking, remittances, and trade compliances.Financial Reporting & Analysis
Deliver timely monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Track and monitor working capital, cash flows, and foreign currency exposure.Provide actionable insights on cost control and margin improvement.Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax & RBI compliance (FEMA, FIRC, IRM, Advance License).Solid foundation in accounting standards, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.Experience in inter-company accounting and transfer pricing.Ability to set up and scale finance teams and processes.Excellent stakeholder management with auditors, consultants, and regulators.Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or Tally ERP).Knowledge of international taxation and cross-border structuring.Experience working with manufacturing / export companies.Familiarity with incentive schemes like EOU, MOOWR, EPCG, RODTEP, Drawback.Eligibility
Education : Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
Experience : 8–12 years in finance & accounts, with at least 3–5 years as a Financial Controller / Finance Manager in a mid-to-large size company with overseas entities.
